Consulting and AI implementation · Dubai

Less manual work. More grip on the business.

We find where your business loses money, customers and time — then connect your systems and hand the routine to AI agents. Decisions stay with you. We start with an audit, fix the first priority and measure what changed.

Discuss your business See how we work
We built this for ourselves first. Our own company runs on the platform every day — the same agents, the same checks. We implement what we use.
Sound familiar?

The business grew. You are still the dispatcher.

Enquiries arrive across five different chats, and some never get answered.
What was promised to a customer lives in one manager's head — until they leave.
Reconciling the finances takes days at the end of every month.
Every task still goes through you: remind, check, hand it on.

We take these on one at a time, starting with the one that costs you most.

For the owner

Ask in plain words. Get an answer you can trace.

Ask Hub a question the way you would ask a manager. It builds the answer from the business's own data and, where the question needs work rather than a number, passes it to the agents and comes back with the result.

Answers are built from the data the system is connected to. Where that data is missing, Hub says so instead of filling the gap with something plausible. Once a day you get a digest: what mattered, where the problem is, and what is waiting for your decision.

How it works

Agents with job descriptions.

An agent is not a general-purpose assistant. It takes a defined assignment, does its part of the process and hands the result on for review. The decisions at both ends stay with people.

Assignmentpeople decideThe agent does its partresearches · drafts · counts · watchesReview and sign-offpeople decideaction history · rollback · “stop, a person is needed”

Every agent knows

TaskWhat it does and why.
DataWhere it may look.
ActionsWhat it may do on its own.
ReviewWho signs off on the result.
StopWhen to stop and ask a person.

Models from different AI providers are interchangeable. Swap the worker — the task keeps its context, history and rules.

What it does

Four areas. We start with one.

We begin with the area that solves the problem you have today. The rest can follow, on the same foundation.

Finance and analytics

What you earned and where it went — available today, not at month end.

  • Sales, bank, cash, purchasing, payroll — in one picture: income, expenses, profit, cash flow, commitments.
  • From any figure down to the transactions behind it.
  • Plan versus actual with the variances explained. Unit economics by product and by location. “What if” scenarios.
Complements your accounting; does not replace it.

Marketing and customer acquisition

See which channels bring customers and which are only a cost.

  • Content plans, materials, campaigns and experiments are prepared by agents. You approve.
  • The customer's path is traced: source → conversation → enquiry → purchase.
  • Competitors, prices, reviews and how you show up in search and AI search — under watch. From a finding to a hypothesis, a calculation, an experiment.

Customers and Concierge

The customer's history stays with the company, not with the manager who left.

  • Enquiries, bookings, purchases and messages — in one profile. The conversation picks up where it stopped.
  • The Concierge books, reminds, follows a purchase through, invites to events, brings back those who have not been in for a while.
  • Hard cases go to a person. Each scenario is visible end to end: enquiry → reply → booking → purchase.

Operations and team

Work gets finished without you acting as the dispatcher.

  • Assignments, shifts, onboarding, procedures and projects — each with an owner, a deadline and an expected result.
  • Events trigger the next step on their own: a payment, a new enquiry, the end of a shift, a task handed in. Exceptions go to people.
  • A new hire finds the procedure or asks Hub. Knowledge stays in the company, not in heads.
Principle

Traceable answers. Clear limits.

Answers are grounded in your connected data, and every one of them can be opened and traced back to its source. A gap is shown as a gap rather than filled in. Records that merely look alike are never merged into one customer without a check. Findings about competitors come from public information, with the source and its limits stated. Work produced by one agent is reviewed by another before it counts as done.

Under control
  • Which people and agents see what, and what they may do.
  • Which actions run automatically and which wait for a signature.
  • A full history of what each agent did, and a way back for changes that can be undone. Anything that leaves the company — a message, a payment — waits for a person.
  • A spending limit on AI and the conditions for stopping.

We work with the tools you already have

CRM, booking, banking, website, messengers, accounting — we connect to what is already in place wherever it offers a way in. Nothing needs replacing at once: for the first result we connect only what that result requires, and we tell you upfront if something cannot be connected.

How we work

Assess. Prioritise. Implement. Improve.

Always in this order. We do not sell a module — we look at what actually hurts first, and we say so plainly.

  1. 01

    Assess

We map how the business runs today: processes, data, money, customers, the tools already in place. From the facts, not the slide deck.

  2. 02

    Prioritise

We name where money, customers and time are being lost, and in what order to address it. What can wait, we say can wait.

  3. 03

    Implement

We connect the data, put agents on the routine and switch on the checks. Then we compare the result with the starting point.

  4. 04

    Improve

Once the first change holds, we take the next one. The business grows on the same foundation instead of a new tool each time.

Where it starts

The audit.

Before we automate anything, we need to see how the business actually works. Not how it is described — how it runs.

What we look at

  • How the work actually flows — from a customer's first message to money in the account.
  • Where your data comes from, who enters it, and where it stops being reliable.
  • What is kept in people's heads rather than in a system.
  • Which tools you already pay for, and what each one really does.
  • What you are trying to reach — and what stands between you and it today.

What you get

  • A map of how the business runs, written down in one place.
  • The weak points named, in the order they cost you most.
  • What can be automated now, what needs work first, and what should stay with people.
  • A plan for the first implementation, with the result we will measure.

The audit is paid work and stands on its own: you keep the findings whether or not we implement anything. Scope and price depend on the size of the business — we agree them after a first conversation.

Let's talk about your business.

Tell us in one line what is holding the business back. We will reply from a person, suggest whether an audit makes sense for you, and say plainly if we are not the right fit.
